How to Make a Payment

    • A payment receipt will be emailed to you immediately after the transaction is completed.

Payment Deadlines

  • All invoices must be paid by the due date specified to avoid late fees.
  • Government renewal fees and professional service fees are time-sensitive; failure to pay on time may result in penalties, loss of good standing, or your company being struck off the Registrar.

    • All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
    • Payments must be made in the specified currency. Conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
  2. Transaction Fees

    • Bank transfer and cryptocurrency transactions may incur processing fees.
    • Offshore-Protection.com is not responsible for third-party fees.
  3. Payment Confirmation

    • Ensure you email us a copy of your payment confirmation or receipt for quicker processing.
  4. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before initiating any payment.

Late Payments

  • Late payment penalties apply immediately after the due date.
  • If your company is struck off due to non-payment, reinstatement may require significant fees, including penalties and additional professional charges.
