Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming communications from clients and new customers
- Handle correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
